Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

We are committed to the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return window for any items that arrive misprinted, damaged, defective, or are not the item you ordered.

  • Return Window: Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be unused, and the issue must be due to an error on our part.

Returns for Other Reasons (e.g., Sizing, Change of Mind)

Because each item is custom printed just for you, we **do not accept returns or exchanges** for non-defective items, including for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.

To ensure the best fit, we strongly advise all customers to carefully consult the size chart available on every product page before making a purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

For all eligible returns (defective or incorrect items), please follow these steps:

  2. In your email, please include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions for the return.

Return Shipping Costs

For all approved returns due to our error, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse you for standard shipping costs, depending on your location.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. The full amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
